Mike provided exceptional support and direction for our SAP Payroll process and schema needs. His communication is detailed and efficient and his knowledge of SAP Payroll is excellent. Mike understood all of the aspects of payroll including impact from master data, time management, to A/P and interacting with Finance.All of our top priority issues were addressed through Mike’s payroll assessment. He would perform some of the basic configuration in a test environment and then guide us through detailed documentation and online learning sessions to input the configuration into transports that were then moved to production. This allowed us to understand his knowledge and also put it into practice.
We were particularly impressed with the payroll assessment document provided by Mike at the end of the project. This document was organized, detailed and well put together. It contained the descriptions needed to show improvements that had already been made and the ROI that we could then use to follow up with management. The document also provided answers and directions on any issue that had been brought up during the assessment – from FMLA to posting documents in Finance.
Another plus we didn’t expect is extra tips and tools from a process, configuration, and development perspective that he willingly provided. These tools alone (such as employee copy tool & emailing spool results) enhanced all areas of our HR responsibilities. Even today Mike is willing and supportive to quick email requests for ideas and suggestions. He analyzed our needs and concerns and provided great results before our agreed deadline. Mike quickly learned and assessed BGM’s requirements and then used his leadership and interpersonal skills to coordinate with other modules, ensuring deadlines were met and needed functionality was achieved.
